6th

in this section Eli and his father are forced to flee the camp well the Russians are liberating the camp; they are marching and running while Elie is still suffering from his wound on his foot. The love he had for his father was so strong that it forced him to continue running instead of falling behind and getting shot. Although it's understandable it's also really sad that Rabbi Eliahous  son had abandoned his father purposely.
